Jonathan Martin |
Jonathan likes going
where no man has gone before and doing what no sane
one would dare to do. Fortunately, he has had Janie
beside him for 16 years to help keep him alive, and
has three kids - Darragh 14, Dannah 12, and Daylon 9
that love him no matter where he takes them or what he
makes them do.
Jonathan first went to Asia right out of College in
1986 for two years. After getting his Master's from
the International School of Theology in 1990 he and
Janie plugged into Good Shepherd and in 1994 took his
family back to the remote regions of Central Asia to
reach Communists and Muslims with the Good News (and
to mt. bike and backpack remote mountain valleys).
Jonathan loves people, and loves getting away with
just his family on lonely mountain trails near the
tree line. |

Ryan Moffat |
Ryan Moffat and his wife
Michelle have been married five years and have two
wonderful daughters Ashlynn and Lorelai. Ryan has been
attending Good Shepherd Community Church for 14 years
and absolutely loved his days in Jr. High and high
school ministry with Steve Keels and Lenny Martin.
Apparently he loved so much that he decided to do the
same and invest his life into students’ lives.
Ryan
attended Multnomah Bible College from 1999-2002 and
came to Good Shepherd’s staff in February 2003 to work
with the student ministry. Besides shepherding
students Ryan loves basketball (playing, coaching,
watching), getting time with his girls, laughing with
friends, and seeing lives changed for the glory of
Christ. |

children who are the joy of their lives and focus of
most of their energy. Paul graduated from Multnomah

Bruce Wickersheim |
Almost immediately upon
receiving Christ into his heart at age 16 in his
hometown of La Jolla, California, Bruce Wickersheim
sensed God’s calling on his life to serve Him in
full-time ministry. As a young believer, Bruce began
writing songs and leading worship for Bible studies
with high school friends, and later, in dorm and
fraternity gatherings at UCLA, where he graduated with
a music composition degree in 1981.
In 30 years of serving Jesus, Bruce has helped to
plant over 10 church ministries, toured with recording
artists, produced numerous contemporary praise and
worship recordings, hosted radio and television
programs, and has had over 50 of his original songs
published internationally. He has served in full- and
part-time capacities at over 20 churches throughout
the West Coast, as well as directed worship teams at
multi-denominational conferences and seminars,
including two all-city gatherings associated with the
Portland Billy Graham Crusade of 1992.
Bruce met the love of his life, Tammy, as they were
serving together on a church-planting team in Battle
Ground, WA, and married in 1997. Bruce currently
shepherds and oversees the instrumental team ministry
at Good Shepherd, and is blessed to help lead the
family of God in worshipping Him. |
